Spare will always be the first stepping in creating consent, from a Licensed Financial Institution. Spare will state to the user that they need consent and a connection to your Licensed Financial Institution in order to help to provide you with their services. This may be a one-off Consent, such as a single payment, or an ongoing consent for data sharing or multiple payments made over time.
